Processing & Delivery Times

• All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the UK only.
• Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes at this time.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

• If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us at contact@protectalert.co.uk with your order number.
• If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, re-shipment may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Lost Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@protectalert.co.uk with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our courier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
